Bitter Highball

  • 5 cl Cala Kumquat Bitter
  • 10 cl regular tonic
  • ice cubes

Garnish:

  • 1 slice of lime
  • 1 zest of lemon
  • jigger
  • long cocktail spoon
  • stainless steel or bamboo straw
  • Timeless long drink glass

Préparation

  • Pop 3 ice cubes into the glass.
  • Pour over 5 cl of bitter and top with tonic.
  • Stir gently with the spoon to combine, taking care not to break the bubbles too much.
  • Decorate with a slice of lime or a slice of lemon.
