5 cl Cala Kumquat Bitter
10 cl regular tonic
ice cubes

Garnish:

1 slice of lime
1 zest of lemon

Accessories

jigger
long cocktail spoon
stainless steel or bamboo straw
Timeless long drink glass

Preparation

Préparation

Pop 3 ice cubes into the glass.
Pour over 5 cl of bitter and top with tonic.
Stir gently with the spoon to combine, taking care not to break the bubbles too much.
Decorate with a slice of lime or a slice of lemon.
