10 cl tonic
1 cl fresh lemon juice
ice cubes

Garnish:

1 or 2 kumquat slices
1 star anise (badian)

Pop a few ice cubes into the glass.
Pour in the bitter, the lemon juice and the tonic.
Mix the ingredients gently.
